- During the recruiting process, we will make progress reports and background presentations when qualified candidates surface.
- We will facilitate interviewing, check references when
appropriate, give our input in terms of candidate interest level and
suitability, and make recommendations with respect to compensation and
relocation issues.
2. Generating an Acceptable Offer
Having established mutual interests we focus on strategies to capture the candidate. The areas involved within this strategy include providing the following to the candidate:
- Identification of candidate needs in terms of compensation, perks and relocation assistance.
- Addressing any loose ends and ensuring the candidate is serious about joining your company.
- Following through to assist in managing the process to ensure that who you want is who you get.
3. Ensuring a Smooth Transition
Once an employment offer has been accepted, we assist in managing the process to ensure the candidate resigns from his or her old position, declines a counteroffer attempt, and provide additional on-boarding assistance as may be required..
